But Outlook has a feature through which you can send mail in a contact group. If you are working on a same project or has a friends group, then send message to group members without adding name every time. Now you have successfully created the group in Outlook.

A new window opens. Click the Members button to add those specific contacts as your group members and click OK. Enter a name for the group. When you receive a distribution list from someone else, you can save it to your Contacts.
